Well, I have to thank the evil Wordpress viruses for this new look.
This site was recently infected with a redirect virus that I couldn’t clean out so I had to dump the old version.
It was pretty clunky anyway, using the standard Kubrick template and with me blathering on about celebrity warts, seeing Kobe Bryant at the Sharper Image, and how to check on your neighbor’s property taxes. Cool, yet utterly inane…
So if you’re interested in the new look of this site, I made it quite easily with a Wordpress automation application called Artisteer. I used to be quite snobby about these automation tools.
However, as I get older and even lazier the stamina for hand-tweaking free WP templates gets to be mind-numbingly painful at best for me.
So if your brain has shriveled down to the size of a bee-bee like mine has, do yourself a favor and try to save your last few precious bits of gray matter with Artisteer.
